Julie Smith has been practicing in the field of civil litigation for over 20 years, with experience trying both jury and non-jury matters.  She handles claims involving premises liability, automobile negligence, declaratory judgment actions, real estate, contracts, first party coverage and punitive damage claims.  Her experience includes providing formal opinions to clients on the issue of contract interpretation and compliance with federal and state statutes and regluations.
